Answer 1: No, once opened the Pure Maple Syrup and Organic Pure Maple Syrup have to be refrigerated (0-4 °C) to prevent fermentation by yeasts and growing of molds as it does not contain any preservatives. However, prior opening, product is shelf stable and can be stored in the pantry.


Answer 2: No, our Pure Maple Syrup is naturally gluten free. We do not process any product with gluten in our factory.


Answer 3: There are 4 grades of maple syrup, which have been determined by Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Taste and color are the main features of differents grades.
