When we decided to incorporate our family business in 1966, we took on one single mission: to supply our customers with a pure maple syrup whose taste and quality would parallel that of the maple syrup we make at our own sugar bush each spring.

From the outset we recognized that producing a premium pure maple syrup on a large scale would present a considerable challenge, for there is no shortcut to quality. Fortunately, we knew we had what it took to get the job done right. At Bernard & Sons, five brothers, all raised and versed in the art of sugar making, not only own the company, but also oversee every aspect of daily operations.

For us, making pure maple syrup can be nothing less that a total, uncompromised commitment, for the quality of our products serves both as a tribute to our family name and a pledge to our customers. We give you our word.
